brown rice with quinoa

This is an easy one, and can be made with whatever you have in the fridge. I used:
 Mushrooms + brown rice+ sugar snaps + quinoa+ broccoli + spinach + red onion + some tempeh + some coconut curry paste with a little bit of almond milk.
Sauté veggies and tempeh in some peanut oil, add coconut curry, throw in the brown rice and / or quinoa, mix it all up, top it with some cilantro and TATA: done, bon appetit!
