Shake that hemp.

After an early morning long run, I’m always hungry and craving for something substantial. Often I’ll make a (chocolate flavored) hemp shake (I use “nutiva organic hemp”) with raw shelled hemp seeds. Hemp foods are packed with nutrition and are considered “organic super food”. It contains a lot of protein (good for muscle recovery), fiber, essential fatty acids and will make you feel like super woman.

For my shake, I added a banana + 1 cup almond milk + ice cubes + 3 tb spoons of the hemp shake mix + some raw shelled hemp seeds: awesome.
