Nasi Goreng, one of my favorite Indonesian dishes and super easy to make.
Stir fry some boiled rice with onion+sweet soy sauce+spices (nutmeg+turmeric+chili pepper+sambal manis)+ ginger+ garlic+ all the veggies you can find! I used green beans, broccoli, green squash+red onion. Also I also added some “wanna-be-chicken”. Works great for left overs too!
