EAT SPRING!

Yay, spring is here (or at least here in Houston it is).

This is a fresh and tasty spring carrot soup with onion, some tahini, fresh cilantro and splash of lemon. Sauté the carrot and onion with some garlic for a bit. Then add veggie broth and let it cook for 15 minutes, until carrot is a bit soft. Add some tahini sauce, add cilantro, some lemon, throw all of it in the blender. Done.
