I have been busy wrapping a lot… Veggies that is!
For these veggie wraps you can use any big leaf veggie. I used mustard greens which are very powerful in taste (like horseradish) however not everybody likes that.
Take a big piece of plastic wrap and lay it over a cutting board. Make a nice layer of greens for the wrap on top of the plastic. Then add your chopped up raw veggies. I used red cabbage, spice sprouts, cucumber, avocado, carrot. Also I added some hummus. Wrap it up and TATA! YUM!!!
