I love these wraps so much i can eat them everyday!! It takes some practice to make them look pretty (and these do not really) but for now I was happy that it all stuck together 🙂
HOW TO: Wet the Vietnamese rice paper evenly and then lay it out on a plate. Add the veggies you want to include, and do some magic with your hands folding and stretching the rice paper.
Big romaine lettuce leaves, green cabbage, carrot, cilantro, avocado and some pickled ginger. Goes great with some red chili or soy sauce.
