Nice and colorful: today i looked at what was left in the fridge and it was a colorful mix of a bit of everything 🙂 That always goes great with quinoa. So i mixed up some green & red cabbage, quinoa, black rice, green bell pepper, kale, some “wanna-be-a-chicken-nuggets”, carrot, sunflower seed, peanut oil & rice vinegar. DONE.

It’s so vibrant!! What else do you use cabbage in? My parents never bought any growing up, so I’m afraid I never learned to cook with it… All I can do it cover it with dressing and call it a coleslaw!
HAHA, well that is one thing to do with it! I actually like cole slaw, sometimes 🙂 I use cabbage in all sorts of things: juice or sauté it! works great in Asian dishes! bye! b.
