Nothing is so easy and delish as oven roasted veggies! Tonight: cauliflower and red skin potatoes with a veggie burger and some avocado. Sprinkle with some olive oil and rosemary: Easy peasy!

I am not afraid of gluten, I love a good old sammie every now and then. This is an excellent example I found at Revival Market in the Heights, Houston (http://revivalmarket.com) Marinated roasted beets, arugula, almond pesto, whole wheat sandwich: YUM! Combined with a soy latte makes me a happy camper!
Okay: it doesn’t get any better than this!!! Eatpastry has created something soooooo wonderful and you can scoop it right on the baking sheet: vegan chocolate chip cookies. Need I say more???!!! No eggs, no butter, almost sounds to good too be true. Total deliciousness, done in 10 min.
