This is my favorite breakfast after a long & hot run. Beet juice with green apple, lime, spinach and rolled oats with peach, banana, chia seeds and some raisins.
Feel all refreshed and energized after!
I am not afraid of gluten, I love a good old sammie every now and then. This is an excellent example I found at Revival Market in the Heights, Houston (http://revivalmarket.com) Marinated roasted beets, arugula, almond pesto, whole wheat sandwich: YUM! Combined with a soy latte makes me a happy camper!
Okay: it doesn’t get any better than this!!! Eatpastry has created something soooooo wonderful and you can scoop it right on the baking sheet: vegan chocolate chip cookies. Need I say more???!!! No eggs, no butter, almost sounds to good too be true. Total deliciousness, done in 10 min.
